Director Shareholding

For immediate release 21 June 2005 RDF Group plc ('RDF' or 'the Company') Director's Shareholding The Company has been notified that on 17 June 2005, Mr Keith Chapman purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in RDF at 45p per share, representing 0.10 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. He now holds 20,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.20 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
