Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 29 May 2025, Rockhopper (AIM: RKH) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be available from 12.00 p.m. today on the Company's website. Hard copies have been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them, together with documentation for the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM is scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on Friday, 27 June 2025 at The Clubhouse, Skew Bridge, Wilton Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 9NY.
