The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 20 pence each through Investec Bank plc.  The Company confirms that its share buyback programme, as announced on 11 August 2022, is now complete.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 78,916,810 ordinary shares in issue, of which 4,074,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, and the total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 74,842,810.
