Rithm Property Trust Inc. Declares First Quarter 2025 Dividends on Preferred Stock

NEW YORK, April 21, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rithm Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: RPT, "Rithm Property Trust" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared a first quarter 2025 dividend on its 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series C"). The Board declared a dividend of $0.4937500 per share, which reflects a pro-rata accrual rate of 9.875% from Series C issuance on March 4^th to, but not including, the May 15^th payment date.

The dividend for the Series C is payable on May 15, 2025, to preferred shareholders of record on May 1, 2025.
