                         RIGHT ON BRANDS ISSUES CORPORATE UPDATE
Dallas Texas October 15, 2024 -- Right on Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK: RTON), a leading
developer of a diverse range of hemp-based and THCA products, announced today that it
has published unaudited results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, and the quarter
ended June 30, 2024. The Company’s Form 10K with audited results has been delayed
due a confluence of events beyond its control. Management is not aware at this time of
any matter which would result in audited financials being materially different from its
recently published results. Coterminous with this action the Company has filed Form 15
to temporarily move to the Pink Sheets. Steps are underway to conclude its audit and the
return to fully reporting 12(g) status.
