Credit rating update

Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") confirms that it has received credit ratings and research from both Fitch and S&P Global, with both providers attributing a 'BBB', with a 'Stable' outlook.

In initiating coverage, Fitch noted the Company's global scale and market position, strong service execution, and profitability.

S&P Global acknowledged synergies from the Terminix acquisition, including improving free operating cash flow and expected deleveraging.

Fitch rating in full: BBB; Outlook Stable.

S&P Global rating in full: BBB / Stable / A-2
