Resignation of Auditor

RC365 Holding Plc ("RC365"), a company focusing on payment gateway solutions and IT support, announces the resignation of Shipleys LLP as auditors to the Company.  

Shipleys LLP has advised the Company that it has decided to withdraw from providing audit services to Public Interest Entities ("PIEs").  RC365 is classified as a PIE due to its Standard Listing on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

Shipleys LLP confirm that there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office which they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the company in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.

It is expected that, subject to standard due diligence and take on procedures, a new auditor will be appointed shortly, at which time the Company will make a further announcement.
