Director Declaration

In accordance with LR 9.6.14(R), Rank notes that Lucinda Charles-Jones, non-executive director, and remuneration committee chair of Rank, has been appointed as non-executive director of Virgin Money UK PLC (Virgin Money) with effect from 22 January 2024. On appointment, she will become a member of the audit, risk, remuneration and governance and nomination committees and will also join the board of Clydesdale Bank PLC. Following a transition and handover period, Lucinda will be appointed as chair of the Virgin Money remuneration committee with effect from 1 March 2024 subject to final regulatory approval.
