Board Changes

Quartix announces that Richard Lilwall, Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down from the Board and left the Company today. The Company wishes him well in the future.

Andy Walters, founder and previously CEO of the Company, will become Executive Chairman, with immediate effect. Dan Mendis, who was CFO and COO of the Company until 2021 will support Andy by taking the position of Commercial and Operations Director, a non-board position, starting in November.  Dan will be responsible for the sales, marketing and operations teams. Andy will also be supported by the Company's CFO, Emily Rees, and CTO, Laura Seffino.
