QED CONNECT COMPLETES THE PARTNERSHIP FOR FOODY TV!

NEW YORK, NY, May 13, 2024 (QEDN.OTC) – QED Connect is proud to announce it has signed
the asset agreement to complete the acquisition of 50% of the trademark for Foody TV and the
launch of “FOODY TV INTERNATIONAL.”
On April 29, 2024 QED Connect (QEDN) signed an LOI to acquire 50% of the Foody TV
trademark as an asset acquisition for QED Connect. FoodyTV has a substantial number of
followers and viewers on their Network Platform as well as social media.
Mr. Kennedy is now the new director of marketing of Media for our Media and Marketing division
will manage the day-by-day operations for Foody TV and is working on the management of QED
Connect for the development of a strategy to promote and educate consumers about International
Cuisine and the QED brand GMSacha Inchi.
GMSachi Inchi products are made with a superfood called Sacha Inchi a seed rich in Omega
3,6,9, and a complete vegan protein with all essential 9 amino acids. Sacha Inchi has 29%
protein which is higher than commercial animal protein. Mr. Kennedy will open up new
distribution channels via social media and via the diversified Foody TV platforms!
