Director/PDMR Dealing - Late Notification
ProCook Group plc (the "Company"), the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, announces that on 15 February 2024 the individual listed below, being a PDMR of the Company, was granted an option under the ProCook Group plc Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme to acquire Ordinary shares in the Company at an option price of £0.26 per share. Due to an administrative oversight, the grant was not announced at the date of the transaction.
