This presentation will focus on the future of healthcare real estate, including the radical shift from hospital to community under the new NHS 10 year plan, and how PHP is strategically well placed to benefit from this positive outlook. PHP management will also provide an operational and financial update including on the recommended combination with Assura, consistent with the update provided at the PHP Capital Markets Update on 24 July 2025.
