Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to enclosed herewith the copy of the press release with regard to Arbitration Award for an Amount of INR. 4.09 Crore along with interest @ 18% p.a. w.e.f 15/09/2025 till the actual date of payment has been received in favour of Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) Limited issued by Honourable Arbitral Tribunal under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 dated September 15, 2025 in the matter of Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) Limited and Chennai Port Trust, Chennai in relation to the agreement dated 21.03.2014 for providing power supply arrangements for Navy at Madhusudan Jetty in Chennai Port Trust.
