Director declaration and resignation

 

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules, Jasi Halai, Non-Executive Director, has advised that she will become an independent non-executive director of Barratt Developments PLC with effect from 1 January 2023.

 

Jasi will retire from the Board of Porvair plc at the end of January 2023, following publication of the audited results for the year ending 30 November 2022.  In the three years that she has been an independent Non-Executive Director, she has been a valued member of the Board and made a very constructive contribution to the direction, strategy and control of the business.  We thank her and wish her well. 

The search for her successor is well advanced and will be announced in due course.
