Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc announces that on 28 June 2022 it repurchased into treasury 151,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 908.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 39,449,919 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 4,712,985 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 34,736,934 .
