Following the announcement made on 13 May 2025 giving notice of the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company to be held on 12 June 2025 and the publication and dispatch of a circular to shareholders containing notice of the resolutions to be considered at the AGM (the "2025 AGM Notice") and form of proxy (the "Form of Proxy"), it has come to the attention of the Company that the Form of Proxy contains a minor typographical error.

The revised Form of Proxy has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
