Retirement of non-executive Director 

Polar Capital Holdings PLC ("the Company") announces the following change to the Board of Directors.

As previously announced in the last Annual Report, Mr Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, non-executive Director, will retire from the Board on 31 December 2022, 21 years after helping to found the Polar Capital Group in 2001.

David Lamb, Chairman, commented "The Board would like to thank Jamie for his vision and guidance over the years and for the role he played in the creation of Polar Capital. It is true to say that without Jamie, Polar wouldn't be here.  We wish him well for the future."
