Sale of Ordinary Shares from Treasury

The Company announces the sale of 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("ordinary shares") fully paid from the Company's Treasury Account. These shares were sold for cash on 17 March 2026 at a price of 384.50 pence per share.

The above figure of 99,365,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
