Tokenization Partnership

Tokenization Partnership With EU Regulated Platform

Plural Industry Holding Group (“PIHG”) has signed a cooperation agreement with an European regulated fintech platform, which provides us with access to a complete end-to-end solution to structure, issue and distribute tokenized financial instruments, regulated via an EU license with all supporting legal infrastructure.

This partnership enables us to provide the complete solution from legal setup, to digital issuance, investor onboarding, and infrastructure for asset managers and issuers to carry out compliant cross-border fund raising from international investors through a single, compliant channel.

The platform is suitable for the creation and issue of a range of financial instruments and funds (debt, equity linked, profit participation, Shariah), which can be issued with an ISIN code.

PIHG President, Simon Littlewood, commented: “This new partnership enables us to work with our projects to raise funds via tokenization and a wide range of structures via regulated offerings in the EU, tapping into a growing source of funding for projects worldwide.

Over the next few months, we will be working with their management team to help expand their business alongside offering a range of solutions to our projects and investors.”
