Digital Exchange

• PIHG and partners have submited an application to set up and operate a digital exchange, along with tokenization and associated systems and services
• The exchange will operate globally, tokenizing and listing assets and businesses from around the world, making them available to investors globally, with a focus on projects in the Global South
• Separate boards with tailored listing, reporting, disclosure and compliance standards and requirements will be created within the Exchange to target specific sectors, such as for sustainability, women, philanthropic
• The exchange will intially focus on tokenization, listing and trading of real assets. Later it will expand to cover financial and private assets, such as carbon credits, contracts, private equity, stock, bonds, debt.
• If the application is approved, PIHG intends to take a stake in the companies that will own the licence and manage the exchange
• PIHG is currently trying to raise the money for it to be able to invest in the project.
• There is no guarantee that the application will be approved, or that PIHG will bea ble to raise the funds to particpate, but further details will be released as the application and project progress.
