Change of Company Name

Consistent with its transformation into Pinewood Technologies and as previously notified, the Company confirms that the change of the Company's name from Pendragon PLC to Pinewood Technologies Group PLC has become effective today.

The Company's change of name and change of Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") from PDG to PINE will therefore become effective on the Official List of the FCA and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 14 February 2024.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid. Any new share certificates issued from today will bear the new name, Pinewood Technologies Group PLC.
