Pets at Home Group Plc, the UK's leading pet care business, announces that Angelique Augereau, Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and the Sustainability Committee, has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect.

The Directors, on behalf of the Company, wish to thank Angelique for her service.
