Pennon Group plc (the "Company") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 61.05 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc pursuant to the share buyback programme announced by the Company on 1 June 2022 which is expected to end no later than 22 July 2022.

These purchases are the last purchases to be made under the irrevocable programme between Pennon Group plc, on the one hand, and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, on the other hand, announced on 1 June 2022, as that irrevocable programme has been completed.
