Pennon Group plc (the "Company") announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, that Loraine Woodhouse has notified the Company that following her appointment to the British Land Company plc Board in March 2021, she will become the Senior Independent Director for the British Land Company plc, with effect from 31^st January 2025.
