Publication of Final Terms of Inaugural Covered Bond

Paragon Bank PLC ("Paragon Bank"), the banking subsidiary of Paragon Banking Group PLC ("Paragon") announces that the following Final Terms dated 7 March 2025 under the £5 billion Covered Bond Programme of Paragon Bank PLC are available for viewing.

£500,000,000 Series 2025-1 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due March 2028

Nigel Terrington, chief executive, said: "We are delighted to have completed the inaugural covered bond in our programme. The £500 million bond met significant investor demand, with over £1.4 billion of orders from a diverse range of investors comprising Bank Treasuries, Building Societies and Asset Managers.  This transaction demonstrates the confidence in Paragon's franchise and the quality of our buy-to-let mortgages."
