Board Committee change

Tanvi Davda, Independent Non-Executive Director of Paragon Banking Group PLC, has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee effective 7 December 2023.  Tanvi has served as a member of the Remuneration Committee since joining the Board in September 2022.

Tanvi will succeed Hugo Tudor who will step down from his role as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on the same date.   

Tanvi will also become a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from the same date.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
