Update re. property disposal

Further to the Company's announcement on 16 October 2024, Panther Securities PLC announces that it has received the first instalment of deferred consideration of £500,000 which was due pursuant to the sale of the Company's freehold interest in Westgate House, 26-38 Westgate, Peterborough.

This instalment has been paid early, as it was due to be paid nine months after completion which took place on 20 December 2024 ("Completion").

The remaining balance of deferred consideration of £500,000 is contracted to be paid 18 months after Completion.
