Appointment of a Non-Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Saunders as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Paul Saunders has over 40 years of experience at HSBC, predominately in investment and development within the Real Estate sector. Paul's experience has covered a wide range of property including residential, commercial, student, hotels, care homes, self-storage and alternative usage. Paul's most recent role was as a Director within the Real Estate Corporate Capital Origination team at HSBC from 2014 until 2022. Paul is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).

As required under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, further disclosures on Paul Saunders are as follows:

Paul Victor Saunders, aged 60, currently does not and has not previously held any directorships or partnerships in the last five years.

Paul Saunders does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
