Oriental Restaurant Group PLC 17 March 2000 ORIENTAL RESTAURANT GROUP PLC ('the Company') DIRECTORS DEALINGS The Company has been informed that, on 14 March 2000, Mr Michael Paterson, a Director of the Company, sold 17,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares') at 85p per Share. On the same day both Mr Paterson and his wife each bought 8,000 Shares at 85.5p per Share which were put into an ISA. As a result of these transactions Mr Paterson (and his wife) are interested in a total of 948,790 Shares, representing 9.87% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
