Delay in Publication of Annual Audited Accounts

Orient Telecoms PLC (the "Company") regrettably announces it will be unable to publish its annual audited accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 by the regulatory deadline of Thursday, 31 July 2025.

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules or "DTR" 4.3.1R, the Company is obligated to publish its audited annual financial report within four months of its financial year-end. Despite the Company's proactive engagement with Macalvins Limited, its auditors, additional time is required to finalise these accounts.

The Company is working closely with Macalvins Limited to expedite the completion of the audit. Based on current consultations, the Directors anticipate the audited financial results will be released by no later than Friday, 31 August 2025.

Consequently, and in adherence to UKLR 21.1.2(G)(2), the Company's ordinary shares will be temporarily suspended from the Official List with effect from market open on Friday, 1^st August 2025. The suspension will remain in effect until the audited annual financial report has been published.

The Board extends its sincere regrets for any inconvenience this temporary suspension may cause shareholders. A further announcement will be made upon the publication of the Company's audited annual accounts.
