Change of auditor

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes and skincare announces the appointment of Gerald Edelman LLP as the Company's auditor. Gerald Edelman will replace Gravita Audit Limited with immediate effect.

The Company's previous auditor, Gravita Audit Limited, has confirmed to the Company that it is not aware of any circumstances connected with its termination as auditor that it considers should be brought to the attention of the Board, creditors or shareholders of the Company.
