Additional Listing

An application for admission to the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to the existing block listing relating to The On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 18 May 2022.
