Application for block listing

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the admission of 6,300,000 of its ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE.

The Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time in satisfaction of share awards granted under the below employee share schemes: 

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission of the Shares will take place on 17 March 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 20.6.5.
