Novem Group S.A.: Annual General Meeting Approves all Items on the Agenda

LUXEMBOURG - August 21, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - The shareholders of Novem Group S.A. approved all agenda items at today's Annual General Meeting (AGM) by a large majority. A total of 85.7% of the voting share capital was represented at the AGM.

In line with the proposal of the Management Board, the Group will not distribute a dividend for the financial year 2024/25 due to the frail market environment.
