Interims Timing Update

Northern Bear (LSE:NTBR), the AIM quoted group providing specialist building and support services headquartered in Northern England and serving customers across the UK, announces that it expects to release its interim results for the 6-month period to 30 September 2025 on 19 November 2025 ("Interims"). Further to its announcement of 29 October 2025, expected timing for release of the results has been brought forward following review processes in respect of the Interims having been completed more quickly than expected.
