Northamber (AIM:NAR), a leading value-add AV & IT distributor, announces that it has posted to shareholders the circular relating to the acquisitions of Tempura Technology Limited ("TTL") and Tempura Communications Limited ("Circular"), announced on 30 April 2024, and which contains a notice of general meeting ("GM").

The GM will be held at the Company's offices Namber House, 23 Davis Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1HS on 24 May 2024 at 2.00 p.m. The Circular will be available on the Company's website, www.northamber.com.
