Posting of 2023 Annual Report and Notice of AGM

 

The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2023, which contains the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. 

 

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices Namber House, 23 Davis Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1HS on on 20 December 2023 at 2.00 p.m.

 

The Report and Accounts and Notice are available on the Company's website, www.northamber.com.
