Northamber (AIM:NAR), announces that following a competitive and comprehensive tender process, Dains Audit Limited are being appointed as the Company's auditor for the year ending 30 June 2023. The Company intends to put the appointment of Dains Audit Limited as auditor to a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.

Mazars LLP has ceased to hold office as the Company's auditor and has confirmed that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
