Directorate Update

With great sadness, Norcros announces that G ary Kennedy, the Board Chair and a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has passed away.  The Board of Directors on behalf of the entire Group expresses its sincere condolences to Gary's family and many friends.

Further to the Company's previous announcement on 24 January 2023, David McKeith, the Senior Independent Director will continue in the role of acting Board Chair.
