Completion of Acquisition of Grant Westfield

Further to the announcement on 11 May 2022 of the proposed acquisition of Granfit Holdings Limited ("Grant Westfield") and the announcement yesterday of the result of the General Meeting and shareholder approval for the Acquisition, Norcros is pleased to announce Completion of the Acquisition.

All words and expressions which are detailed in the circular issued to Norcros shareholders on 12 May 2022 ("Circular") shall, when used in this announcement, bear the meanings respectively ascribed to them in the Circular.

Commenting on the Acquisition, Nick Kelsall, Chief Executive Officer, said:
