Extension of Block Admission

Circassia Group plc today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of 172,872 ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under an extension to an existing block admission and will be issued, as and when required, pursuant to the exercise of options under the 2020 Performance Share Plan Scheme.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 6 June 2022. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
