Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions announces that on 27 February 2026, it was notified that on that same day, Ffion Griffith, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,379 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.18 per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Ffion Griffith's total shareholding in the Company is 4,253 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% per cent of Nexus' total voting rights.
