Annual Report 2023 and Notice of General Meeting
Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a market-leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of General Meeting (GM), have today been issued, including the form of proxy, for the year ended 30 September 2023 and are now available in the investor section of the Company's website at www.nexus-infrastructure.com.
The GM will be held on Tuesday 16 April 2024 at 9:00am at Nexus Park, Avenue East, Skyline 120, Great Notley, Braintree, Essex, CM77 7AL, with the option for shareholders to attend virtually. To attend virtually, shareholders must pre-register by contacting the Company Secretary by email: investors@nexus-infrastructure.com. Whilst shareholders attending virtually will be able to ask questions, they will not be able to vote and are therefore encouraged to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post, as detailed in the Notice of GM.
