NEXT DYNAMICS APPOINTS ROB MACINTYRE AS CEO & PRESIDENT; ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL BOARD & MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Wilmington, North Carolina, April 30, 2025 (NEXD:OTC) Next Dynamics, Inc. (OTC: NEXD) (“Next” or the “Company”), www.nextdyn.com, a Texas corporation, is pleased to announce that, in conjunction with the acquisition of assets from BCL International, the company has appointed Rob Macintyre as President, CEO and Director effective immediately. Jacob Salk, who has been at the helm since August 2021, will remain with the Company as CFO.
Rob has over 30 years of experience in the defense industry worldwide, beginning with ten years in the Canadian Military, followed by four years with the US Department of State (Diplomatic Security) and one year with Canada’s nuclear security division.
Over the following decade, Mr. Macintyre built one of the largest Canadian International security companies, which operated in Afghanistan, Iraq, Djibouti, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Canada and Jordan. During that time, he oversaw 2,000 armed employees in Afghanistan, a team of anti-piracy specialists in Djibouti and Sri Lanka, Oil and Gas security operations in Tunisia and Nigeria, a military and law enforcement training school in Canada and an Air Charter operation out of Aman, Jordan. BCL International, the assets of which Next Dynamics has recently acquired, headed by Mr. Macintyre, is one of only a handful of firearms manufacturers in Canada.
Next Dynamics has also appointed Adam Varey as a director of the Company. Mr. Varey has had a distinguished career spanning both the military and corporate sectors, including serving as a Military Police Officer within the Canadian Armed Forces, prior to transitioning into the private sector.
Further in conjunction with the BCL International assets acquisition, Jerome Cliché and Antoni Binek will be departing the Next Dynamics board effective immediately; Mr. Binek will remain with the company as Scientific Advisor. Sam Mouallem stepped down from the Company’s board effective December 23, 2024.
“We are very pleased to have Rob take the reigns of Next Dynamics,” said Chairman Andre Beauchesne. “Rob’s military background combined with his experience in growing companies make him well-primed to lead Next Dynamics’ further expansion in the defense marketplace.”
"I am thrilled to lead a team of dedicated professionals with diverse military backgrounds, as Next Dynamics strives to become a global leader in the defense market,” stated Mr. Macintyre. “The opportunity to expand our product lines with groundbreaking technology will surely create some excitement in the market. We are of course very thankful to the outgoing board members for their dedicated service to the Company."
