Placing of New Shares

Newmark Security PLC 23 June 2004 Newmark Security Plc ('Newmark Security' or the 'Group') £1.0 million placing Newmark Security is pleased to announce that it has raised £1.0 million (before expenses) through a private placing by Seymour Pierce Ellis of 80,000,000 ordinary shares at 1.25p per share. The Company is in advance negotiations to acquire a business, further details of which are anticipated to be announced shortly.
