Newmark Security PLC 03 February 2004 Newmark Security plc (the 'Company') Director Shareholdings The Company has been informed that its Chairman, Maurice Dwek, today bought 4,666,667 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.5p each and that Non-Executive Director, Alex Reid, today bought 2,333,333 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.5p each. Maurice Dwek now holds 21,241,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.97 per cent of the issued share capital. Alex Reid now holds 35,191,571 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 16.52 per cent of the issued share capital.
