First Choice Stratic Partners ("FCAP") is a Company that specializes in turnaround situations focusing on the Merchant Cash Business ("MCA"). Companies that utilize this form of funding often find themselves in financial difficulties after obtaining these loans. FCAP utilizes internal and external funding methods to restucture the loans over a 1-5 year period and assists the company in developing a succesful plan of action.
Terms of the transaction are not announced at this time, as Galenfeha, Inc. is currently in negotiations to sign a Definative Agreement, which will outline the specifics of the transaction.
