Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Netcall plc (AIM:NET), an enterprise software company that unites automation and customer engagement in one AI-powered platform, announces that the annual report and accounts for the financial period ended 30 June 2025, and notice ("Notice") of its annual general meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders. They are also available to view on the Company's website: www.netcall.com.

The AGM will be held at 10.30 am on 17 December 2025 at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP, 160 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HT.

Important Information Regarding the Annual General Meeting

The Board views the AGM as a very important event and welcomes the opportunity to engage with shareholders. It is currently our intention that the AGM will be an open meeting and the Board will also offer an opportunity for shareholders to engage in advance of the AGM by submitting questions by e-mail. The simplest way to find out general information concerning Netcall is via the Company's website, www.netcall.com. If you have questions on the specific business matters set out in the notice of the annual general meeting (the "Notice") please e-mail these to the Company Secretary at ir@netcall.com by no later than 10.30 am on 15 December 2025.  Any questions raised by shareholders in such manner prior to the AGM will be answered during the meeting in the usual way but subject as set out in note (4) in the Notice. Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM in person, will be required to pre-register their intention to attend by notifying the Company Secretary at ir@netcall.com by no later than 10.30 am on 15 December 2025, providing their full name or in the case of joint holders, names.
