Stranger Holdings plc held a General Meeting today and all resolutions were duly passed including the approval for its previously detailed reverse takeover transaction ("RTO"). Further details regarding the RTO can be found in the Company's published prospectus dated 29 September 2023 at www.strangerholdingsplc.co.uk.

Admission of the enlarged group to trading on the London Stock Exchange under the newly approved name of Neo Energy Metals plc (ticker: NEO) will commence on 9 November 2023.
