The original RNS stated that the Company's Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') were posted to shareholders today, however posting took place on Tuesday 13 February 2024.

Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

Neo Energy Metals plc, the near term, low-cost uranium developer, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') were posted to shareholders yesterday.

The AGM will be held at the offices of MSP Secretaries Limited, Eastcastle House, 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH on Friday 8 March 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

The Annual Report will be available on the Company's website www.neoenergymetals.com.
